Te Papa is looking for a Humanities Technician to be part of our world-leading, bicultural, cross-disciplinary museum. This role is for a 5 month fixed term from 15 July – 29 November 2024, working 32 hours/ 4 days per week.
Reporting, to the Manager Digital & Collections Information Systems, you'll be responsible for the registration and documentation associated with the Humanities collections. The role's main objective is to support the digitisation workflow to ensure that collection items are supplied to the Collection Imaging Team and can be identified, located, and managed,
The successful candidate must demonstrate:
Desirable but not essential to have a full drivers licence.

The salary for this position will be between $59,500 - $67,000. Offers will be made within the range to reflect the skills and experience offered by the candidate and those required of the role and internal relativities with other employees.
