Position Overview:

Our Client is seeking experienced Industrial Electricians to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems in an industrial setting. This role requires the ability to work independently and autonomously while ensuring safety and compliance with electrical codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and equipment in an industrial environment.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement solutions efficiently.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical components, machinery, and systems.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and minimize downtime.
• Adhere to safety protocols and electrical codes at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician or similar role.
• Proficiency in electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
• Knowledge of PLC programming software.
• Ability to work independently and autonomously.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to be on call for one week every six weeks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid electrical license/certification as required by New Zealand regulations.
• Commitment to safety protocols and regulations.
