A few of our current roles (with more available at all different levels):

Commercial Broker Support - North Shore (experienced) 
  • Collaborate closely with the broker to gather necessary information and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Processing renewals and complete regulation and compliance documentation.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between the broker and various internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of client transactions.
  • This is a senior book with corp clients, therefor must be an experienced individual with broker support experience.  
  • Must have your level 5 certification
Client Support - Greenlane 
  • Be the first point of contact for customers over the phone and via email
  • Answering any general queries, policy queries or premium queries
  • Helping customer begin the claims process
  • Building long standing relationships with customers

Commercial Broker - North Shore
  • Managing renewals and advising on any amendments required for existing clients with the full support of a broker support administrator.
  • Reviewing new client risk assessments and presenting back your recommendations and advice
  • Ensuring compliance/ relevant documentation is managed effectively
  • Generating your own leads pipeline by ensuring you are keeping in touch with both existing and new clients as well as referrals.
  • Actively engage with your colleagues, sharing knowledge as well as celebrating wins and successes in the office.

Claims Case Manager - Ellerslie 

  • Work through a portfolio of cases - End to end
  • Liaising with customers and 3rd party organisations
  • Evaluating policy coverage and determining the appropriate course of action.
  • Keeping accurate records of claims and maintaining timely communication
  • Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any queries or concerns.
