About the role:
As a Junior Broker, you will be an integral part of the team, responsible for:
- Managing and nurturing a small portfolio of clients.
- Assessing client needs and developing tailored solutions
- Processing renewals
- You'll have the chance to leverage your Level 5 Certification to provide expert advice and insights to clients
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Level 5 Certification or very close to completion.
- Experience in a broker support role or similar capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ambitious mindset with a hunger for professional growth.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
