This is a permanent, part-time (3 days a week) role, based in our Albany office.
As a Kaitakawaenga you will play a critical role in our region’s Learning Support team by;
Salary range: $69,966 - $118,450 per annum + 3% KiwiSaver. The successful candidate will be appointed at a salary which reflects individual skills and experience.

Te Mahau takiwā collectively provide leadership and integrated services to the education sector. Learning Support is a critical part of the Te Mahau | Te Tai Raro (North) in the Ministry.
Our Learning Support specialists work closely with families, whānau, caregivers, schools and early childhood educators in English and Māori medium settings and other agencies to help maximise learning outcomes and promote social inclusion.
Our frontline groups are represented at the leadership level of decision making for Te Tāhuhu. The frontline hautū | deputy secretaries hold at least one National Portfolio to complement their frontline role.
