Are you a financial adviser or thinking about becoming one? Do you have an interest in financial wellbeing, KiwiSaver and Investments?
  
We have a rare opportunity with an award winning KiwiSaver provider to become their local representative.

As a nominated representative, you will…

  • Meet with customers who are interested in understanding how to get the best out of their Kiwisaver
  • Provide limited scope advice on the features and benefits of KiwiSaver and explain the different fund options available to them
  • Help customers grow their knowledge and savings and achieve the lifestyle they want in retirement
  • Obtain referrals from your customers of others interested in understanding more about their KiwiSaver
  • Build networks across various avenues and events for future meetings
  • Add value by being accessible throughout changes in your customer’s life circumstances
  To be successful in this role – ask yourself if this sounds like you?
  • Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset – You like the thought of being out of the office, structuring and managing your own day. You have excellent communication skills and enjoy meeting new people, building authentic relationships, networking and getting yourself out there in your community.
  • Process focused – You know the importance of following processes; you commit to retaining high standards and doing the right thing by your customer.
  • Growth mindset – You’re positive & optimistic by nature, you welcome feedback, change and view most experiences in life as learning opportunities.
  
In terms of experience, any of the following could be beneficial but not limited to…
  • Success in a customer focused role – Client Services, Account Management, Sales, BDM, Broker, Adviser, Recruiter
  • Exposure to Financial Services - Banking, KiwiSaver, Mortgages, Insurance, Real estate, Banking or Investments.
  
So, what are the essentials
  • A clean credit and police check
  • An interest in completing your Level 5 Financial Services Certification – paid for by company
  • Your own vehicle and smart phone to enable you to complete the role
  • The ability to build strong connections and rapport within your community – no doubt you have a strong community/ personal network already!
