Te Toka Tumai Auckland delivers a full range of services for people experiencing cancer in line with the Ministry of Health’s priority focus on Faster Cancer Treatment (FCT). This is an exciting leadership role where you will be able to develop personally and professionally.

As a Lead Tumour Stream Coordinator, you will provide direct line management, oversight and coaching to the Faster Cancer Treatment Team. You will also coordinate the operational performance of the team to ensure KPIs and targets are met. You will also manage and support projects to develop, streamline and improve against the 31 day and 62 day targets.

Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills

You will utilise your proven experience working within the New Zealand Hospital system and an understanding of hospital systems and processes. You will be able to demonstrate interdisciplinary relationship management experience and people management skills. A commitment to achieving equitable outcomes for Māori is also essential in this role.
