Lease Auditor

We are currently partnering with a public sector client who is looking to conduct an audit of their lease documentation. The organisation has a vast property portfolio and has recently completed a centralisation process. They now require a contractor to provide a current state overview of their property footprint.
  
In this role, you will be responsible for:

• An analysis of the current lease documentation.
• Extracting key data around lease commitments and property information (such as rent, duration, capacity, exit clauses).
• Standardisation of lease data onto a lease register.

  
This rewarding five-week hourly rate contract offers the chance to work closely with a seasoned property team, making it an ideal opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with adjacent experience looking to deepen their understanding of the commercial property sector or public sector in general.
   
What we are looking for:

• It is essential that you are able start immediately.
• Experience in commercial lease management or a Bachelor of Property or relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous.

 
This role can be based in Auckland or Wellington.
