  • Hourly Rate:$45 per hour plus 8% holiday pay
  • Duration: 2 weeks to start
  • Start Date: 25th March 2024
  • Hours: 8.30am to 5pm / Monday to Friday
  • Location: Auckland CBD
Do you have experience in the legal industry? We're looking for a Legal PA/Secretary to join a well-known firm in Auckland CBD on a short-term temporary basis. About the Role:

This temporary position calls for a proactive individual who can efficiently manage general diary tasks, support the team with legal administration, handle travel arrangements, month-end billing and assist with the organisation and execution of events. In addition to these core responsibilities, the role may also require the completion of various ad-hoc duties as needed.

Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Legal PA/Secretary is highly advantageous
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication abilities and a team-player attitude
  • Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
