Responsibilities:
Diary Management
Managing travel arrangements
Booking meeting rooms and managing online meetings
Formatting, reporting, and amending documents
Assist with basic IT troubleshooting and FAQs, be familiar with industry-standard video conferencing IT systems
Monthly billing
Working flexibly as part of a team with other support staff to share workloads and responsibilities
Organising staff and client functions
Other general administrative tasks as required
About You:
Previous experience as a Legal Secretary / Legal PA (non-negotiable)
Polished personal presentation and excellent communication skills - both written and oral
Strong IT literacy and skills
Have excellent ability to multi-task, prioritise tasks, and remain calm under pressure
The ability to adapt and flex to an everchanging environment
Have a winning and warm personality - friendly, approachable and professional
Possess advanced Microsoft Office skills and be IT savvy
Please note this role is office based Monday to Friday with hours of 8.30am to 5pm.
