We’re looking for a next-level Maître D. Could it be you?
You’re experienced, with at least a year working front of house under your belt. You’re all about fast, friendly service with a personal touch.
You’ll be greeting our guests, showing them to their tables, introducing them to their waiter, and taking care of guests who need to wait for a table to come free.
Forward planning and organisation are second nature to you. You’ll be handling bookings, managing walk-ins, and making sure we show as many great folks a good time as possible.
You’re a great communicator, updating staff about new arrivals, keeping guests well informed about when their table will be free, and greeting, thanking and farewelling every guest with warmth and energy. If guests are celebrating special occasions, it’s your role to make sure everyone knows.
You’re a top team player, supporting the Restaurant Manager, and stepping in to help other team members as required. You’re comfortable training and mentoring new talent.
But most of all, you love showing good folks a great time.
