- Loader operators
- Roller operators
- Excavator operators
- Grader operators
- Class 2, 4 Truck Drivers
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Reliability and passion to support the team with a solution-focused mindset.
- Commitment to ensuring quality and safety in all tasks.
- Good physical fitness due to the role's demanding nature.
- Preferred, though not essential, experience using GPS technology.
- 2+ years of relevant industry experience operating diggers, rollers, or graders.
- Full Class 1 Driver’s Licence (Class 2 or higher + WTR endorsements preferred).
For more senior positions, we're seeking:
- Proficiency in drainage, final trim, and finishing works.
- Understanding of quality assurance practices.
- Experience in a leadership role with the ability to interpret site plans.
