80 hours per fortnight (1.0 FTE)

We have an exciting role available for a Maintenance Services Administrator based in the Maintenance team at Health New Zealand – Te Whatu Ora, Te Matau a Māui, Hawke’s Bay.

Working 5 days for 40 hours per week, you will be responsible for a wide range of administration and office reception tasks and will be part of a close-knit and supportive team. If you have a flair for implementing systems and process and have experience in this type of role then this is for you.

Strong communication and people skills are essential, as well as organisational skills, the ability to prioritise tasks and to think independently. We want to hear from you if you are customer-service orientated, enjoy working with people and want to contribute to a team environment.
