Job Description

As the Marketing Lead for Corporate Training, you will play a pivotal role in driving the delivery of future-led brand and creative initiatives for our Skills Development Group. Your primary objective will be to ensure that marketing activities align with business objectives, supporting growth across corporate consulting. This role encompasses the development, execution, and measurement of various marketing programs, events, campaigns, and digital strategies to generate demand, drive sales leads, and foster brand loyalty.

So, what is a normal day going to look like?

  • Lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote corporate training offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define marketing objectives and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, including events, webinars, and digital campaigns.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to optimise marketing performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI on all activities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
