Contract: Permanent, Part-time, 48hrs per fortnight (0.6)

About the role:

We have an amazing opportunity for a Clinical Coach Position. The NETP Clinical Coach provides clinical guidance, support and coaching to graduate nurses and their preceptors. 

As a NETP Clinical Coach you will work in clinical practice settings alongside Nurses in direct clinical care delivery. You will role model excellent nursing practice to support clinical decision making and professional development. A clinical nursing background in the acute setting would be an advantage, along with a passion for nursing education and mentoring.

Skills and experience:

Clinical Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in various aspects of clinical nursing practice, including assessment, intervention, and evaluation of patient care.

Education and Training: Experience in providing education, training, or mentoring to nurses or other healthcare professionals, particularly in a clinical setting.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with graduate nurses, preceptors, and other members of the healthcare team.

Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Proficient in critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex clinical situations and provide appropriate guidance and support.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to various clinical practice settings and situations, working effectively within different teams and environments.

Passion for Nursing Education: Genuine passion for nursing education and a strong desire to contribute to the professional growth and development of graduate nurses entering the field.
