Night Shift Team Leader

Our client, a family-owned business located in the Hutt Valley region, are on the lookout for an exceptional Food Manufacturing NIGHT SHIFT Team Leader to lead a talented production team to new heights. What you’ll do:

Manage the NIGHT shift schedules (8.00pm till 5.30am, Monday to Friday) and allocate resources effectively.

Lead and motivate a team of Production Operators through training and mentorship.

Overseeing production operations.

Drive production efficiency and meet quality targets.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Maintain a safe working environment and troubleshoot any issues.

Who we’re looking for:

2+ years of production leadership experience, ideally in food manufacturing.

A People Person, driven for Team success.

Proficiency in operating and maintenance of high-tech machinery.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Enthusiastic and positive attitude.

IT Savvy, Intermediate level.

Must have reliable transportation to Silverstream, Upper Hutt.
