Join our Allied Health Inpatient Rehabilitation Team in a new Advanced Practitioner role.


The role is focused on advanced clinical leadership and clinical service improvement within inpatient rehabilitation services in Hawke’s Bay Hospital.
Bring your passion for clinical practice within rehab and capability to lead and drive service improvement for occupational therapy and the wider allied health team.
You will be confident and flexible, with an ability to mentor and develop the skills of others.
You will bring strong communication skills and have the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively to the shared goal of high-quality rehabilitation for our population.

A Masters in Occupational Therapy (or similar), or an intention to work towards this, is essential in addition to advanced clinical skills in the area of inpatient rehabilitation and current New Zealand Occupational Therapy Registration and APC.


Salary Range for this position is - $106,000 - $109,000 in accordance with Public, Allied and Technical Health Employee’s Multi Employer Collective Agreement (MECA) Step 9 - Step 10 according to qualifications and relevant experience pro-rated for hours worked. Visa and relocation assistance may be available to eligible overseas candidates.
