Description

We are seeking someone for an office assistant role who is highly practical and analytic. You will be supporting the team through various administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth operation of the day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate must be available to start immediately and commit to working Monday to Friday, From 7:30am to 5:00pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Assist with data entry and analysis.
  • Perform general office duties.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Exceptional computer skills, particularly on MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
  • Strong analytic abilities with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be eligible to work in New Zealand.
