We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our clients team to contribute to their continued success. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to our Site Manager and managerial staff. From managing calendars and making travel arrangements to coordinating meetings and handling general administrative tasks, this role requires exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail. For this role the successful candidate needs to be able to begin work right away, and be able to work on a sliding roaster of days (6am to 6pm - four days and four days off).
