Online Search / Researcher to Find staff

We require an IT-savvy / expert internet user, who likes hunting things down online, to run searches for applicants for our customers roles. You will be working with 4 online databases including Linkedin Recruiter, Seek Talentpool, Indeed and our own database on Salesforce. You will be trained up on all these tools and on our recruitment system so you can identify, review and then invite applicants. 

This is a role that requires a lot of innovation to bring up details of potential applicants, then followed by scanning through high numbers of profiles CV's to find the ones that potentially meet the criteria for the roles, accuracy and a high attention to detail is essential to achieve the success rates our clients require. 

The work will initially be done in our office near Cuba street, Te Aro, with the opportunity to work remotely once trained and working effectively. 

Pay rate start just above minimum wage and will increase as your capability and results improve. We aim for all of our part time/casual students to gain commercial experience using industry standard tool that will help them gain full time employment on completion of their degree.
