The Operational Policy team at ACC oversees the development and implementation of policies that guide our decision making for clients and advises the broader organisation on operational policy matters.

The Operational Policy Manager oversees the operational policy framework, ensures that the team has the tools, and processes for our operational policy practice. They support the development of the Policy Advisors and work with stakeholders to influence frontline decision-making quality.

This is a Wellington based opportunity.

  • Understanding and implementing organizational policies, bridging strategic goals with operational realities.
  • Experience working within a regulated environment and interpreting legislation to inform decision-making processes.

The appointing salary range for this role is $123,000 - $149,000 with appointment depending on skills and experience of the successful applicant. ACC also offers additional 9% superannuation.
