This role requires leadership to drive a high performance culture creating performance objectives, coaching achievement and enhancing the talent of team members. You will be responsible for overseeing daily tasks and model a culture of safety, health and well-being. As the operations manager, you will communicate directly with the Senior leadership team and work collaboratively to develop actionable business strategies, objectives and plans that ensure alignment with the company's goals and core values.

What you will need:
- Minimum 15 years experience of Senior Management Experience in Civil Engineering & Construction
- Qualifications in Civil Construction & Engineering, Business & Finance or related discipline.
- Sound understanding of Health & Safety at Work Act 2015.
- Proven experience in creating Operational strategies and translating them into pragmatic business plans
- Strong computer literacy, keyboard skills and file management
