This role of the Organisational Change Specialist is to lead an organisational change process for one of our business groups. Reporting to an HR Business Partner, you will develop and implement an organisational change process and work to embed this successful change for the business group. This role will support your HR Business Partner in executing against the group organisation design model and will lead through the full organisational change process to deliver effective change outcomes.

You will demonstrate knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an understanding of Te Ao Māori and promote tikanga and Te Reo Māori. You will also have knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an appreciation of te Tiriti o Waitangi (the Treaty of Waitangi) as it applies in the public sector.

The core role of the team is to deliver high quality partnering services across the business, covering the full spectrum of people and capability business needs including the transformation and change agenda. The team is supported by People, Culture & Safety Group Centres of Excellence teams.
