Ko te kaupapa | About the role

Are you a registered nurse looking for an opportunity to join our friendly, supportive and experienced multidisciplinary team to provide Opioid Substitute Treatment services to service users/tangata whaiora? 

You will be working with an experienced multi-disciplinary team committed to providing high quality care to consumers and their family and whānau. This is an opportunity to further develop competencies in addiction treatment in a supportive and positive learning environment. You will facilitate a range of clinical interventions aimed at promoting the individual's well-being, aiding them in their recovery and enhancing their capacity to participate in community life.

Ko koe tēnei | About you

You will be a New Zealand registered nurse with a current APC and preferably with an addiction focus or currently studying towards.

You will have a sense of humor, compassion, excellent communications skills, a non-judgmental attitude and a focus on developing interventions to reduce drug related harms for both the individual and the community. It will also be important that you are experienced in delivering assessments and case management. You will also be able to demonstrate your ability to work with a range of cultures and be a team player
