As a Payments Assessor, you will be calculating and paying weekly compensation to our clients recovering from injuries. Part of your role will involve some difficult conversations with our clients in relation to over-payments. While we train you on how to handle these calls and our leaders will support you where possible, it is important that you are comfortable having these types of conversations.

This is a fast-paced role where there will be opportunities for you to continually grow and develop your skills as a Payments Assessor, increasing your expertise across several Payments tasks and learning more complex work types.
