As our Payroll Manager - Nelson Marlborough, you will be part of the network of NZ Health District Payroll Managers and will operationally contribute to the goals of the National Payroll Leadership Team and the delivery of national and local payroll objectives.

Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills

• Leadership experience.
• Ideally 10 years payroll work experience.
• Have had at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong understanding of the interpretation of the Holidays Act 2003.
• Proficient in the use of relevant data analysis & reporting tools.
• Methodical, good problem solver and data-driven in decision making.
