Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity'

The People Analyst is responsible for leveraging our People Technology to create a better experience for our people and workforce by maintaining and enhancing our Workday people platform, by specialising in one but being across multiple domains.

You will work on:

  • Functional Configuration Analysis: Configuration (Business Processes, Org structure, security roles)
  • Process and Change Analysis: Change impact analysis, Training Material and 'How to', Communications, intranet updates
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: including metrics and dashboards, mass data requests, mass data changes

We are looking for someone who can grow their analytical skills and experience where they can support our Senior Analyst and contribute to the teams mahi.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • A knowledge and experience in conducting complex analysis using multiple data sources and a passion for attention to detail.
  • Passionate and continuous improvement with a strong desire to continue learning in order to stay relevant to business changes and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with related majors e.g. Human Resources (HR), Industrial Psychology or Business Management would be advantageous.

You will demonstrate knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an understanding of Te Ao Māori and promote tikanga and Te Reo Māori. You will also have knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an appreciation of Te Tiriti o Waitangi (the Treaty of Waitangi) as it applies in the public sector.
