Community Health Services is growing to support additional clinical services and is looking for an experienced administrator who can support the team’s ongoing commitment to providing a quality and equitable service for our physiotherapy service and the wider CSA team.

The ideal applicant should possess

·
Minimum of one year experience in a hospital based administration role

·
Knowledge of ACC health contracts

·
Proven knowledge of all Windows based applications (Ms Outlook, Word, Excel)

·
Proven knowledge of hospital based systems such as IPMS, Bpac, ACC Gateway and MCP

·
Excellent oral and written communication skills

·
Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team

·
Proven organisational skills and attention to detail

·
Excellent time management skills, including the ability to prioritise appropriately

·
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines

·
Proven knowledge of the Privacy Act, and the Health Information Privacy Code

·
An understanding of the Treaty of Waitangi and cultural awareness

The remuneration range for this role is $74,090 to $ 81,864 and is covered by the collective agreement: PSA Clerical.
