They are a cutting-edge organisation with an ever-growing portfolio and are now looking for a motivated individual to lead their Wellington office to further success.
This is a key role within the organisation, focussed on scoping future projects while ensuring current projects in the lower North Island are resourced and teams are appropriately skilled and trained to be successful. You will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Other aspects of the position include overseeing projects throughout their lifecycle and the mentoring junior staff to meet their full potential.
This role would be well suited to an individual that is not only committed to the planning, designing, and delivery of projects to a variety of clients, but also a hands-on leader that works well within a team environment. To be considered for this role you will need a relevant tertiary qualification and 10+ years’ experience working on a variety of transportation/infrastructure projects (with at least some of that experience in NZ).
