Ō wheako, ō pukenga | About you

We are looking for an experienced Strategy and Performance professional that has delivered departmental Annual Reports, Strategic Intentions and/or Long-term Insight Briefing documents. You be joining our close-knit team and work collaboratively across the department. Your experience will include:

* ability to quickly build rapport and credibility with internal and external stakeholders, and maintain strong relationships

* excellent communication skills, both written and oral, including experience in writing, editing and proof-reading accountability documents

* ability to quickly assimilate new information or areas of work and come to an understanding of unfamiliar and complex issues

* a strong understanding of the processes that underpin the operations of the public sector environment, including Ministerial processes, accountability and reporting

* project management experience in delivering accountability documents.
