In this role, you will:

  • Provide essential technical insights to the organization.
  • Conduct engineering investigations, feasibility studies, and detailed designs.
  • Lead your designs through client review, preparing drawings, reports, and calculations.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and contribute to budget estimates and proposals.

Your qualifications and skills:

  • Hold a degree in Civil Engineering from a Washington Accord equivalent institution.
  • Possess a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) certification.
  • Exhibit a collaborative and client-focused mindset, offering solutions and accommodations.
  • Showcase excellent technical writing skills.
  • Boast a minimum of 10 years' experience, preferably within the New Zealand context.
  • Demonstrate project management proficiency, adhering to budgets and timelines.
  • Showcase competence in relevant engineering software applications.
  • Display working knowledge of pertinent regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Excel in both written and verbal communication.
