Production Operators - Dairy Industry

Job Description

Drake Hamilton is urgently looking for a number of experienced Production Operators to work for our dairy client in lichfield. Now is a great time to register!!

There are a range of shifts available, so we would ideally need candidates with a bit of flexibility!

What we need from you:

• Reliable transport
• Be physically fit and able to lift 15-25kg on a repetitive basis
• Able to work varying hours and sometimes at short notice
• 2 work references
• Pass a pre employment drug and medical test
• No major criminal convictions

Skills & Experience

• To thrive in this role you must be highly reliable and have great communication skills. You will also;
• Have previous experience working in a factory environment
• Physically fit - heavy lifting and long period of standing is involved
• Strong adherence to workplace Health and Safety practices
• The ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Reliable transport and willing to travel when required
• An understanding of the importance of working to strict deadlines
• Forklift experience with current OSH & F endorsement is a bonus!
