About the role:
Join a dynamic team supporting one of Auckland’s most significant health construction projects! Working client side as a Programme Coordinator you will provide essential system support within a large programme within Auckland City Hospital.
This role will require someone with a good overall coordination experience on multi-faceted programmes of works.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Organising, updating and archiving reports, records and master templates
- Internal and external stakeholder management
- Supporting multiple project teams in compiling and lodging documents
- Procure and Power Bi dashboard use

About you:
- Previous experience in reporting and administration, preferably in a large client organisation or busy consultancy
- Strong organisation skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore and Power BI
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
