About the role:

Join a dynamic team supporting one of Auckland’s most significant health construction projects! Working client side as a Programme Coordinator you will provide essential system support within a large programme within Auckland City Hospital.

This role will require someone with a good overall coordination experience on multi-faceted programmes of works.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Organising, updating and archiving reports, records and master templates
  • Internal and external stakeholder management
  • Supporting multiple project teams in compiling and lodging documents
  • Procure and Power Bi dashboard use

About you:

  • Previous experience in reporting and administration, preferably in a large client organisation or busy consultancy
  • Strong organisation skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore and Power BI
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
