Project Administrator

About the Role:
As part of the project administration team, you will provide crucial support to Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and other key stakeholders. Your support will be from project initiation to delivery, through to close out. This will entail:

• Drafting management plans, site instructions and reports
• Scheduling and taking minutes of meetings
• Coordinating the setup of the site offices i.e. printers, wifi etc. including construction software.
• Administration for operations, maintenance, and compliance

About You:

• Previous experience in the construction sector or related trades is highly preferred.
• Proficient in construction software i.e. Procore and Microsoft products
• Strong troubleshooting skills for tech-related issues
• Proactive mindset, adept at managing competing priorities
• Initiative-driven with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
