Grada Recruitment is currently working with an Auckland-based Civil contractor with a strong pipeline of upcoming work, For this reason, they are looking for an experienced Civil project engineer to lead a range of projects and provide insight and value to their client's needs.
The Role
As a project engineer, You will be leading the works onsite and working closely with the Project Manager to Deliver the works Safely, on time and within budget. You will be exposed to the wider contractual and financial responsibilities on site and communicate directly with the client on the ongoing progress.

YOU:
- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Proven experience planning and scheduling workloads and crews.
- Minimum 4 years civil construction experience, Ideally in Drainage, Earthworks, or roading.
- A passion for managing and mentoring less experienced staff.
- The drive to progress and develop your career.
