About the role
This company is looking for a Project Manager with a good knowledge of New Zealand codes, interested in Concrete Remediation, Post-Tensioning and seismic strengthening. And who can run multiple projects concurrently – planning and managing all aspects of the project to deliver a happy client and bottom-line profit from the job.
The work will be interesting and frequently cutting-edge as the company is actively bringing international technology into New Zealand.
About you
- You have in the range of 8-10 years of civil or construction project experience
- You ideally have Engineering degree
- You understand NZS3101, loadings codes and seismic design
- Design skills would be a bonus, but not essential
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
You are someone who enjoys being involved in both office and site-based activities. You have a solution-based approach to delivering projects and customer service. You bring energy and ambition, with discipline to further enhance your professional development.
