About the role:
This is an amazing role for a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with a strong network in Hamilton to join an exceptional consultancy. This organisation consists of a small team in Hamilton where you will find yourself leading full lifecycle projects and very involved in the entire delivery process.
You will be working with key clients in North Island region predominately within the commercial space, retail, hotels, mixed-use developments, and healthcare are some of their key sectors.
Our client is currently heavily involved in the delivery of major packages for an exciting development of a new suburb, managing major civils, transport hub, and social infrastructure. This is a great role allowing you to be involved across a diverse range of projects, hone your PM skills and develop significantly within your PM career.
About you:
- 4+ years’ experience within a Project Manager role or similar
- NZ consultancy or client-side experience
- Strong knowledge of NZ building regulations
- Proven delivery of vertical construction projects from development to handover
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across multi-party projects
- A relevant tertiary qualification – BEng, BConst, or similar
