About the role:
As a Provisioning Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for coordinating the delivery of customer requests, providing a positive experience to internal/external stakeholders and supporting the wider team.

As a Provisioning Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for coordinating the delivery of customer requests, providing a positive experience to internal/external stakeholders and supporting the wider team.
- Be the first point of contact for all customer queries
- Provide support through backend administration
- Create and maintain strong relationships through positive customer service
- Support the Provisioning Specialists – collaborating internally
- Identify and resolve problems and root causes – prevention is the best solution
- Strong telco experience, specifically broadband
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Confident with networking terminology - quick on your feet
- Familiarity with using CRM systems and support tools
- Fast learner, proactive and great interpersonal skills
- Passionate about technology and helping others
- Temporary opportunity - April until November approximately
- Christchurch Central office- easy access to public transport
