Expertly manage essential project registers, including Project Deliverables, Requests for Information (RFI), Design Plans, and Consultant Inspections. This pivotal role must foster harmonious and efficient collaboration on quality assurance matters between the Design, Construction, and Quality & Systems teams. Constant communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders is paramount to ensure that project communications and documentation align precisely with contract requirements.
Play a critical role in upholding and implementing quality standards, you'll liaise with other Quality Engineers working on the project, local authorities, clients, and subcontractors to secure vital certifications and documentation, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
Beyond these core duties, your proactive engagement with the HSEQ Team will actively contribute to enhancing company systems and processes, driving continuous improvement throughout this civil contractor and major projects.

Quality Manager must-haves:
- 5+ years Experience in a similar position within construction, large projects / civil infrastructure.
- Understands ISO9001 – Concept of Quality Auditing.
- Quality philosophy and strategy, how to implement and set up test programs, etc
- Familiar with turning policy into on-the-ground practice and documentation
- Understand how the quality mechanism works
- Digital skills – familiar with digital QA systems
- Experienced with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
To be successful in this role you will be well organised, with great time management, and be comfortable working under pressure.
