Quality Team Administrator - Temp

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our clients Quality Team on a temporary basis.

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the accurate and timely uploading of documentation on their systems, meticulously verifying that all necessary information is present and correctly inputted. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, a keen eye of detail, and be comfortable working with systems.

• Upload various documentation onto the designated systems promptly and accurately.
• Verify the completeness and accuracy of uploaded information, ensuring that all required data fields are filled correctly.
• Conduct regular quality checks on uploaded documentation to ensure compliance with established standards and guidelines.
• Identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors promptly.
• Manage and navigate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems proficiently.
• Utilize CRM tools to input, update, and retrieve necessary information as required.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth documentation processes.
• Communicate any issues or concerns regarding document quality or system functionality to relevant stakeholders promptly.
• Continuously evaluate document upload processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Propose and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy in document management.

• Prior experience in document management, quality assurance or administrative roles preferred.
