About the role
You will be working on projects upwards of $2 million, such as high-finish streetscape works, wastewater treatment and retirement villages.
You’ll be working in the commercial team to help deliver projects that are on time and on budget. You’ll have a great relationship with the Project Managers who are working across various sites within Auckland. You will be assisting Project Managers with payment claims, tender preparation and other commercial aspects of construction sites.
About you
- You are able to work to strict deadlines
- You have a Quantity Surveying qualification, or equivalent experience working as a Quantity Surveyor
- You have at least 4 years experience working as a Quantity Surveyor
- Existing experience with hard landscaping is preferred, although isn’t essential
- You have initiative and pay close attention to detail
