Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented experienced receptionist to join our busy team within the Outpatient Clinic, Meade Clinical Centre


Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Liaising with staff, patients and their families
  • Maintain accurate patient information including attendance at clinic
  • Untilising communication tools available to ensure clinic runs effectively and efficiently
  • Schedule outpatient clinic appointments

Skills and experience you’ll need to be considered for the role:

  • Excellent communication skills with a positive and friendly attitude
  • A welcoming and professional approach with a strong customer service focus
  • Strong administrtaion and computer skills, previous administration and hospital system experience would be an advantage but are not essential as training will be provided.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • High level of accuracy
