Mō te tūranga - About the role
Your role as Recruitment Advisor will see you becoming a trusted source of advice and support across Te Whatu Ora, Southern. You will partner and collaborate with the business and functional groups of the organisation to attract and engage talent by building robust recruitment strategies and processes.
In this position, you will be working in the health sector as part of a focused, dedicated team to provide best practice recruitment advice and services to our staff and candidates, ensuring they have the necessary guidance and support.

Alongside your previous experience in a recruitment or talent role (either from an agency or internal environment), our ideal candidate will also have up-to-date knowledge of talent sourcing trends and practices.
To be successful in this role, you will also need to demonstrate the following:
The successful applicant will have training in our systems and processes so when you start working independently you'll be able to hit the ground running,
This role has a district wide focus so you will need to have the ability to travel at times.
