Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Consultants – Temp, Fixed Term, Permanent and Contracting
Bring your previous recruitment/talent acquisition experience our roles that we have here at Cultivate. We recruit for some awesome Brands in the market in roles that offer flex, career opportunities, growth and challenge. The roles can be anything from sole recruiter to working as part of large Talent Teams with the roles offering scope to work on proactive projects as well as end to end recruitment.
The roles we recruit for:
- Can be temp, fixed term contract, permanent or contracting – so do let us know what you might be interested in.
- Talent Acquisition / Recruitment roles – Advisor level upwards
- End to end recruitment on a variety of portfolios and industries
- Proactive talent management projects
- Our roles are generally 90k + and ALWAYS over the living wage!

- 99% of our role offer hybrid working (2 - 3 days WFH) and generally flexible on start and finish times
- Kiwisaver would be offered on top for permanent roles as well as other benefits and may be applied to fixed term contracts
- For temporary roles you accrue 8% holiday pay as you go for when you take leave and we have a great temporary pool of candidates as an extension of our Cultivate team!

About you:
You have some experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition – we are open to any backgrounds whether your portfolio has been Generalist, Tech, Blue Collar, Volume, Office based roles or Niche / Specialized roles. And whether you are open to temp / fixed term contract / permanent or contracting roles – we get a range of all these sorts of roles across Auckland and also Nationwide.
Also welcome any referrals you have in your network as we are aware that there has been a lot of change in the market and therefore movement so please feel free to shareour advert with your friends and ex colleagues that may be in the market!

A bit about Amanda
I have been in recruitment for over 10 years but I am also a holistic therapist with a love for healing, nature and travelling. I’m passionate about environmental issues and an advocate for excellent mental wellbeing practices in the workplace. I recruit for the following roles (TEMP and PERM):
