Recruitment Partner
Full time- minimum 30 hours & maximum 40 hours per week
Permanent position
Salaried position between $60-75k
Lower Hutt, Wellington

About the Role
As the Recruitment Partner you will be responsible for servicing our existing industrial clients in the Wellington region.

Responsibilities include:
  • Managing advertisement/candidate responses 
  • Screening potential candidates
  • Co-ordinating interviews/meeting times and bookings
  • Supporting candidate reference check, administering pre-employment drug tests, background checks and completing all compliance processes
  • Maintaining client and candidate databases with weekly touch points and site visits
  • Searching for specific candidate skills, creating candidate pools, including using a range of search platforms such as Seek, LinkedIn, Facebook and TradeMe (Scout)
  • Working proactively with the Finance team, to ensure seamless payroll handling.
  • Developing and maintaining process documents
  • Participate in business development outreach and existing client management

Skills and Experience
The Recruitment Partner is a passionate customer facing person, good at building rapport, and an active listener who delights in serving our clients and advocating for our candidates. Experience working in agency recruitment and a track record of high volume delivery in a similar role is highly advantageous.

Strong administration, coordination and computer skills are required, as you will be involved with presenting partnership agreements, creating proposals, and logging all client activity and candidate progression into our recruitment database. A background in recruitment is preferred.
