This is an exciting opportunity to support the Cardiology nursing teams by providing quality coaching throughout the cardiology service. You will be rewarded with seeing the progress and differences that you can make for our staff.

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with at least 5 years cardiac nursing experience and a passion to support and provide clinical guidance to the cardiology nursing staff.

You will be able to demonstrate a commitment to maintaining a high standard of care and excellence in service delivery and an ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with the senior cardiology nursing team. You will be motivated, positive and able to provide a dynamic and creative approach to nursing care and professional development.

As a Clinical Coach you will role model excellence in clinical practice in Huia Ward.
