Location: Hawkes Bay Fallen Soldiers Memorial Hospital

Service/Department: General & Vascular Surgery Ward

Contract: Permanent, part time, 64 hours per fortnight (0.8FTE)

About the role.

We're currently seeking a Registered Nurse to become part of our team. Preferably, candidates should have surgical experience.

Our General & Vascular Surgery Ward is a dynamic environment with 26 beds, operating at a fast pace and embracing progress. We provide cutting-edge surgical procedures grounded in research, along with comprehensive wound care supported by Clinical Nurse Specialists.

Skills and experience.

To be successful in this role you’ll be a passionate, enthusiastic registered nurse, with surgical nursing experience, who enjoys working in a supportive multidisciplinary team. Applicants must have a current APC and surgical experience. You’ll be looking for variety, challenge and the learning experiences working in a surgical support role brings!
