Description

Can you answer the phones, meet and greet in reception, type up documents and update a database all at the same time? Then we want to speak to you!

At The Recruitment Network as our Office Administrator you'll be highly motivated with a proven track record of exceeding expectations and in helping our Recruitment Account Managers with the admin and onboarding tasks.

We take a huge amount of pride in our work and foster an interactive, supportive environment in our office with plenty of idea sharing, team work and fun! We have a very busy working week and your role will be both varied and challenging.

Our goal is sourcing for talent, hence filling as many jobs as quickly as possible in order to increase our market. Therefore, the right person for this role is someone who gets working in a fluid and fast paced environment.

Every day presents a new challenge, no two are the same. In the morning you could be interviewing candidates, and in the afternoon you may be helping hunt for an amazing person to work, supporting an onboarding query, or doing a reference check on the fly.

Your role will include:
• Greeting clients and candidates in reception in a friendly, courteous and approachable manner
• Candidate management including employee contracts, online registration and compliance check
• Maintain the database ensuing all information is relevant and follow up where required
• Be able to think on your feet and troubleshoot independently.

The hours will be Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm. Applicants will need the flexibility to work earlier or later if required.
