Scaffold Labourer

OneStaff Dunedin require a scaffold labourer to start with our client assisting with scaffolding requirements on their many projects.

The Role:

Assisting with scaffolding, work may include but is not limited to loading and unloading scaffolding from the truck, and assisting scaffolders with the equipment they require to complete their tasks. This role is physical and rewarding work. Our client is willing to train and develop those who show commitment, reliability, honesty and integrity and who are willing to learn the trade.

This is a long-term temporary role, which may lead to further ongoing work.

To be a successful candidate you must have the following: -

  • Ability to work within a team
  • 2 recent references
  • To be flexible and dependable with a strong work ethic
  • Be physically fit and able, manual handling is required.
  • Have a great attitude and are prepared to work hard and follow instruction.
  • A health & safety focused attitude
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen and MOJ check.
  • Current at height training ideal, however not necessary, as correct training will be given if working at heights is required.
