The remuneration range for this role is $74,090 - $81,864 and is covered by the collective agreement: District Health Boards/PSA Clerical, Administrative and Related Employees Multi Employer Collective Agreement 01 January 2023 – 31 December 2024

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Administrator to join the Medical & Surgical Services teams at Te Whatu Ora Tairāwhiti!

This position provides a high level administrative support to the Medical and Surgical Head of Departments ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.

Moū - About you

The successful candidate will have:

  • at least 3 years senior administration experience
  • strong people and customer service skills
  • a demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • previous experience in using information management systems and databases
  • competency in the Microsoft Office suite
  • excellent oral and written communication skills
  • a desire to learn and grow 
  • a can do/will do approach to work
